1. Choose a card design and personalise your card by adding names to the front and writing a message or uploading a hand-written message to the inside
2. Register and create your own personal account
3. Enter your recipient's information, choose a recipient from your address book or request to have the card sent back to you
4. Choose to be reminded of this occasion in subsequent years to ensure you stay in the good books
5. Pay for your card through PayPal using your credit card, or use our pre-pay option and receive a discount

When the occasion is due the following year, we will send you a reminder email with a suggested card and message attached.  All you need to do is decide whether you wish to stay in the good books or not.  You can opt to purchase the card as suggested by us, in which case you can do it in a few seconds, or you can opt to edit the card/message as you wish, or you can decide not to stay in the good books with that person anymore and ignore the email.
