Why purchase pre-pay credit?
Purchasing pre-pay credit enables you to buy more cards with your money. The table below shows the additional amount you will actually receive.

How do I upload a scanned greeting/signature for the inside of my card?

How can I tell if my card has been sent?
In addition to receiving an email from us when your card has been despatched, Your ‘account history’ will tell you which cards have been sent and on what date they were despatched.
Can I upload my current contact list from my email account to my stayinthegoodbooks.com address book?
If you add at least £20.00 pre-pay credit to your account, you can email us a CSV export file from your email account and we will upload the contacts into your account for you. This will only create individual contacts, but you can very quickly create the relevant couple and household contacts from these individuals. Please note we can only upload contacts that have a valid address.
If I send a card with a delayed despatch date, and then subsequently alter the recipients address, where will the card be sent to?
All cards are actually created the day they are due to be despatched so if you alter a recipients address, the card will be sent to the latest address held on your account.
If I inadvertently delete a recipient I have ordered a future dated card for what will happen?
Our system will alert you to the fact that you are trying to delete a recipient. If you have ordered a future dated card for that recipient, the card will still be sent as the information for that recipient will still be stored in our database.
